Herbert W. Anderson, Jr. As Impark's Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Herbert W. Anderson, Jr. directs the planning and execution of internal and external growth strategies while developing national client relationships throughout North America. He is responsible for ensuring the company meets its commitments to stakeholders and clients by leading targeted initiatives in the areas of finance, administration, business development and human resources. With over twenty five years of experience in the parking industry, he has overseen parking and property management operations throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Anderson is the Chairman Elect and an executive board member of the National Parking Association and is a member of the International Parking Institute, Urban Land Institute, and BOMA International. In addition, Mr. Anderson is a member of the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of the Lower Mainland (BC), a member of the Fundraising Board for the BC Children's Hospital, on the BC Premier Leadership Council, on the Board of Directors of Coast Guard Auxiliary, BC, on the Board of Directors of First NBC Bank, and a member of the Board of Trade in Vancouver, BC.

Bryan Wallner Bryan Wallner is responsible for the overall operational activity at Impark in both the United States and Canada. As the company's President and Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for managing key client relationships and the development and execution of targeted strategic objectives in the areas of operations, business development and technology, which has most recently included the wireless payment option program. Mr. Wallner directs marketing and operational initiatives to increase service to clients and maximize return at each facility. With fifteen years of experience in the parking industry, he has held a variety of positions both at Impark and other international parking services companies. Mr. Wallner is a BOMA International member and a current board member for the Pacific Parklands Foundation. In the past he has been involved in roles with the Canadian Parking Association and the National Parking Association.

Allan Copping As Impark’s Chief Financial Officer, Allan Copping leads the financial areas of the business, including accounting and financial reporting, planning, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, internal audit and taxation. Given the scope and complexity of the business, Mr. Copping continuously partners with the company’s CEO and executive team to manage investment decision making and the allocation of capital and resources as part of deploying the company’s strategic plan. With over twenty years of financial and real estate asset management experience, Mr. Copping has gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development projects, investment management and utilizes his expertise to ensure all financial matters are properly planned, controlled and reported. Mr. Copping has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 1989.

Colleen Niese As Chief Administrative Officer, Colleen Niese is responsible for the leadership, management and quality of the internal people-related systems at Impark. Ms. Niese manages HR related change initiatives and partners with senior management to identify and resolve HR opportunities and issues in support of acquisitions and business plans. She also assists managers in developing and implementing targeted HR strategies and provides consulting services in the areas of employee development, restructuring, staffing, conflict resolution, training, teambuilding, EO policy and succession planning. During her eleven years of experience in the parking industry, Ms. Niese has held several positions in human resources management. She is currently a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and American Society of Training and Development.

Julian Jones As Vice President, Business Development, Julian Jones is responsible for the development of new business strategies and initiatives in North America. This includes responding to new business opportunities, providing marketing and new business support to the regionalized new business development team, coordinating new business company-wide, marketing initiatives and corporate image materials. With Impark for twelve years, Mr. Jones has held several positions in both marketing and operations, including Manager of New Business Development, General Manager, and Vice President, Western Region. Prior to Impark, Mr. Jones spent a year in property management in Canada and five years in real estate sales in the U.K. Mr. Jones holds a BSc., Architecture from the University of Dundee, Scotland, and a PostGrad Diploma, Business Studies from The London School of Economics.

Milan Zivkovic As Chief Information Officer, Milan Zivkovic is responsible for the strategy, planning, development and deployment of technology solutions - which include support services, project delivery, and management of information technology infrastructure. In this role, Mr. Zivkovic leads Impark's strategic technology plans, IT security, and standards initiatives to enhance our position as a technology leader in the North American parking industry Mr. Zivkovic brings 15 years of comprehensive, executive experience in advanced information technology management to the company. His expertise includes strategy development, implementation and integration of systems, management of technology portfolios and on-going support of business applications, with full operating and capital budget accountability. Mr. Zivkovic has earned a solid reputation among colleagues and customers alike as an executive with a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, hands-on technological and financial skills, and sales and marketing savvy. He is also a Member-at-Large of the CIPS Vancouver Board overseeing the Student Liaison program.

Christopher Johnson As Senior Vice President, Northeast U.S., Chris Johnson oversees all operations and marketing activities for Impark in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Washington D.C. and Baltimore. With over twenty years experience in the parking industry, Chris has extensive experience managing multiple diverse markets, from New Orleans to Toronto. He is responsible for ensuring existing portfolio’s consistently meet key client objectives, while successfully developing new relationships and projects to support market share growth. Mr. Johnson is currently a member of the National Parking Association, BOMA International and the International Parking Institute

Gordon Craig As the Vice President of Eastern Canada, Gordon Craig oversees the finance, marketing and operations aspects of Impark's operations in the four Eastern Canadian provinces. In his role as Corporate Services Manager, Mr. Craig manages the company's insurance and surety bonding programs for operations in Canada and the United States. In 1998, Mr. Craig joined Impark and since then, has held positions that include District Manager, General Manager of City Collection (a subsidiary of Impark), Regional Manager, and Eastern Canada Regional Manager. Mr. Craig has been in the parking industry for eleven years. He is currently a member of BOMA International, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the Canadian Parking Association and the National Parking Association.

Mike McKeon Mike McKeon is the Regional Vice President for operations in the Midwest and Florida. He directs all business related functions in the multi-state region including operations, business development, contract negotiations, contract compliance, client and customer satisfaction. Mr. McKeon has been in the parking industry for fifteen years, including his three years in this role at Impark. He is a member of BOMA International, the Chicago Downtown Development Council, the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute.

Kobie Brandt Kobie Brandt is responsible for the overall operational activity at Impark in both Western Canada and the U.S. He is responsible for managing key client relationships and the development and execution of targeted strategic objectives in the areas of operations, business development and technology. Mr. Brandt directs marketing and operational initiatives to increase service to clients and maximize return at each facility. In his ten year career with Impark, Kobie has overseen the wholly-owned Advanced and Metro Parking brands as well as leading the company’s back office initiatives most recently as Vice-President, Shared Services. Mr. Brandt is a BOMA member and a member of the National and Canadian Parking Associations. He is also active with the Vancouver Board of Trade as well as NAIOP.

John Oglesby As Vice President, Ballparks and Stadiums, John Oglesby is responsible for the attainment and ongoing operation and client service initiatives on behalf of several professional sports facilities that Impark currently manages. He oversees all operations in Atlanta, as well as directs marketing efforts in Washington D.C., Minneapolis, St. Paul and Denver. During his eighteen years in the parking industry, Mr. Oglesby has been Impark's Director of Specialty Services, Regional Manager, and a Director of Sales. Mr. Oglesby serves as a resource and potential vendor for Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and Major League Soccer. Mr. Oglesby is Impark's representative to the Stadium Managers Association, International Association of Assembly Managers, the International Association of Fairs and Exhibitions and is a member of the International Parking Institute.
