ATLANTA BRAVES SIGN TEN-YEAR DEAL WITH IMPERIAL PARKING

Signage Improvements, Priority Parking Included

The Atlanta Braves have reached a new, ten-year agreement with Imperial Parking to manage all parking needs for Turner Field that begins immediately.

"We felt a responsibility to our fans to improve the traffic flow and parking here at Turner Field," said Mike Plant, Braves Executive Vice President of Operations. "We feel that Impark will help dramatically improve the positive experience of coming to a Turner Field event."

The parking restructure will include capital improvements to add significant signage directing traffic to official Braves lots, improved signage to interstates, shelters for courtesy disabled pickups and computerized electronic messaging systems to direct traffic to the nearest or alternative lots.

Impark will also work with the Braves to reprogram the current parking lots so that they become more effective and ease traffic flow. They will also create a priority parking area for Braves preferred season ticket holders.

"We are thrilled to have an association with the Braves, and our local joint venture partner Ameripark, which expands our stadium and arena business, " said Bryan Wallner, President and COO of Imperial Parking Corporation. "The Braves are a first class organization, and we're looking forward to the start of the season and making a positive impact with the team and their fans."

These parking improvements are part of the major changes taking place at Turner Field this winter. It was previously announced that Turner Field will be home to the largest high-definition video display in the world and will feature new LED fascia video boards, new concessions and improved customer service.

The Atlanta Braves, a division of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., is Major League Baseball's winningest franchise since 1991. Since then, Braves teams have earned a record 13 consecutive division championships, five National League pennants and a World Series title. Based in Atlanta since 1966, the Braves franchise is the longest continuously operating franchise in Major League Baseball. Atlanta Braves games are carried nationally on tbs and regionally on Turner South.
