IMPARK OFFERS FREE PARKING AT TSUNAMI RELIEF CONCERT

Vancouver, B.C. - January 25, 2005 - Imperial Parking Canada Corporation ("Impark") today announced that it will be offering free parking to patrons of the Tsunami Relief Concert to be held Saturday, January 29, 2005 at GM Place.

The two lots offering free parking are as follows:

  • 790 Cambie Street- Lot 1331 - The lot is located on the northeast corner of Cambie Street and Robson Street.
  • 831 Cambie Street- Lot 1247 - The lot is located on the southwest corner of Cambie Street and Robson Street, beside the Archdiocese parking lot.

In addition to the free parking for concert-goers for this event, Impark will be donating the proceeds from parking fees at two other lots to the relief effort. These lots are:

  • GM Place lot 987 (located inside GM Place Arena off Griffith Way via Pacific Boulevard)--managed for Orca Bay Sports and Entertainment, and
  • International Village lot 946 (located at the corner of Keefer Street and Abbott Street)-- managed for Henderson Development Canada Ltd.
