John Oglesby Promoted to Vice President, Ballparks and Stadiums

Bryan Wallner, President and COO of Imperial Parking, today announced the promotion of John Oglesby to Vice President, Ballparks and Stadiums. The promotion recognizes Mr. Oglesby's significant success in growing Imperial Parking's ballpark and stadium portfolio over the last two years-a period that has included expansion of the company's stadium contracts with Major League Ball teams in Milwaukee, Atlanta and Washington D.C., as well as our
ongoing contract with the San Francisco Giants.

Mr. Oglesby joined the company in 2003 as the Director of Specialty
Services. During his career with Imperial Parking, John has also held the
position of Director of Ballparks and Stadiums and previously worked for the company overseeing the sales and marketing function for Ventek, a designer and manufacturer or automated parking equipment for the parking industry. In addition to his responsibilities with Imperial's Stadium/Arena division, Mr. Oglesby also oversees our Atlanta branch.
