Impark, through its wholly owned subsidiary, DLC, has been in the transportation business for over 15 years with contracts with rental car agencies, airports, hospitals, universities and major employers in key cities of North America.

Impark provides turnkey operations from providing the buses, training of drivers and support staff, financing of the equipment and leasing of rolling stock. Impark is responsible for transporting thousands of employees and customers from designated points on a daily basis as part of our current contracts, and each is administered with a focus on for delivering the highest possible customer service.

Impark operates shuttle bus operations in a number of cities including San Francisco, Philadelphia and Baltimore. The majority of the shuttle operations are managed under Impark’s wholly owned subsidiary, DLC Transportation, a preeminent provider of parking and shuttle services to healthcare and university campus operations in the Philadelphia and southern New Jersey, as well as providing more traditional commercial parking and specialized shuttle and transportation services. DLC currently operates operate 49 buses with approximately 100 drivers in the Philadelphia area alone, in addition to operations at the Baltimore Washington International Airport.

The car rental shuttles at the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport are operated by Impark on behalf of the BWI RAC, LLC. BWI RAC is a consortium of the Rental Car Agencies who required an outstanding bus operator to shuttle their customers between the airport terminal and a newly constructed Consolidated Rental Car Facility, located three miles from the airport. The BWI RAC shuttle service runs twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. The fleet consists of twenty-five Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses and almost three million bus passengers are transported each year. Under the BWI RAC contract, Impark is also responsible for the new Bus Maintenance Facility and the maintenance of the fleet.
