As Impark’s chief human resources officer, Brad Gehring provides end-to-end leadership for all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition and management, succession planning, learning and development, labor relations, executive and total compensation, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Prior to joining Impark, Brad spent over six years with Canada Cartage, most recently as vice president of human resources. He was a key executive responsible for human resources across all lines of business, including transportation, warehouse management, and freight-forwarding logistics. Brad has also worked in various human resource roles with Compass Group, Safeway, Luscar, and TransCanada Energy.
Brad received his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calgary. He holds Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Qualified Arbitrator (QArb) designations.
